Brand Strategy & Design and Website Design

Hayley, the owner of The Paddle Cabin, came to RDD ready for a change. Her business had evolved reallly fast, she had already built a buzzing community and a brand that had become the go-to for adventure on the water, BUT the visuals that where in place for the brand weren't singing the businesses praises like she knew they could.

 

She wanted a look that felt as cool, different and personable as the experience that Paddle Cabin delivers and a website she could manage easily herself for all of the events they hold, landing pages are really important. That’s exactly where I come in.

We started by digging into the story behind the brand, what makes The Paddle Cabin stand out, what the community connects with and how to bring that sense of adventure and belonging to life online and across all marketing touch points.

From there, we built out a visual brand and website design that blends hand-drawn assets, layered textures and personality-packed storytelling to reflect the heart of the business. Every detail was designed to feel intentional, grounded and a little bit wild, just like Hayley’s vision. All whilst keeping the foundational essence of the business that she had already built - we didn't want to be unrecognisable - we wanted it to be refined and impactful.

We wrapped up the whole project with custom training videos so Hayley could confidently take the reins and update her social templates and site with ease. The result was a brand and website that finally feel like Paddle Cabin, effortless, adventurous and one of a kind.

A bold, story-driven brand made for community, connection and adventure.
