I’m Rachael, digital marketer & social media manager, turned brand strategist & designer.
I’m a mum, a wife, an equestrian, coffee lover, gin drinker, and mindset and growth enthusiast.
Following a serious career reconsideration during the winter lockdown here in the UK, I made the decision to leave the corporate world of marketing and events to follow a passion for design, and a desire for more.
Rachael Does Design was started as a leap of faith. At times, it felt like having jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire – you fellow small business owners know the feeling! But I managed to extinguish that fire and turn my passion into a thriving business.

To help ambitious small businesses to grow and stand-out, through accessible, strategic, and scalable branding. Since launching, I’ve worked with over 20 business owners to achieve just that, both locally here in the North West, and in the online space.

WHY BRANDING AND DESIGN?
During my time as a digital marketer, I found myself really coming alive when working on all things design. I loved challenging the rulebook and pushing the boundaries of what makes a business stand out visually. I also understood that there were rules to branding that could never be broken – like needing a solid foundation for your brand before any design work happens.
Branding is made up of your brand story, mission, core values, and ideal client. Every visual element needs to tie back to those things. So when I branched out on my own and started designing for myself, I knew I could never be just a logo designer.
I’m not just here to create beautiful visuals. I’m here to help you to smash your goals and feel confident in your business. So when you work with me, you get brand strategy and alignment from the inside out, for a brand that’s truly authentic to you, but also allows you to keep growing.
