Claire from Redress Studio came to me as an established but fast-growing bridal alterations business that she had a huge vission for - she wanted to overhaul the look and feel of the business from the outside. She needed clarity on positioning and messaging, consistency across platforms and print and ultimately a brand presence that really reflected the quality of the service she was already giving.
We worked closely together and built a complete brand strategy from the ground up, defining values, mission, vision, ideal client, voice and positioning to remove the overwhelm and give Claire a clear path forward.
The strategy informed a full creative direction, including mood-boards, messaging pillars and client touchpoints that brought the brand to life across every interaction they would come across.
From there, we designed a refined visual identity, tagline and print collateral to feature in her pop up stands at Wedding Shows, business cards, flyers, social media launch assets and a sub-brand for bespoke veils and embroidery, Heirloom.
The result is an elevated yet still approachable brand that balances high-level fashion expertise with warmth and personality. Redress Studio now stands out at wedding fairs, in directories and online as the go-to expert in bridal alterations, offering not just technical skill, but a thoughtful and personal experience for every client.
