Brand & Brunch Warrington: The Workshop That Got Business Owners Thinking Differently

Okay… I don’t even know where to start with this. Brunch and Brand was everything we hoped it would be…and soooo much more. The room was FULL of conversation. There where penny drop moments happening in real time. We didn't want to host another “networking event” and we managed to pull that off - we covered SO MUCH ground AND managed to get people to connect at the same time - win win.
We created Brunch and Brand because the same problem kept coming up with our clients over and over again.
Business owners in our circles kept telling us that:
• they are good at what they do
• they are experienced
• they are getting results
…but they are still struggling to:
• explain what they do clearly
• show up consistently online
• feel confident in their messaging
We were solving these problems 1:1 behind the scenes every single day and when we chatting about it over Brunch (obviously!) we just thought...What if we could solve this at scale? and that’s where Brand & Brunch came from.
THE PROBLEM WE SET OUT TO SOLVE
The issue isn't that people aren’t good enough at what they do, they are GENIUS with a great skill set and frameworks that they have proof works. The problem tends to be that their brand isn’t communicating it clearly enough for them.
So what happens when that is the problem?
People scroll past your content. They don’t stop to enquire. They don’t buy because it isn't clear what you sell. Not because the offer isn’t good, not because YOU'RE not good…but simply because the message isn’t landing with them.
WHAT WE BUILT TO FIX IT
Brunch and Brand is swooping straight in to fix all of the above!! It is a strategy-led workshop designed to fix these exact problems - because it's what we do every single day and we KNOW we can help more people.
We are sooooo against and hoesntly ... pretty far removed from "fluff", "generic advice", and “just post more”. So we have built a small, intentional room where business owners can:
get clear on what they actually want to be known for
understand why their current messaging isn’t working
learn how to communicate their value properly
build a community of supportive IN PERSON business friends
HOW THE DAY WORKED
We structured the morning in two parts:
Brand (Rachael)
We stripped branding back to what actually matters:
positioning - why someone should choose you
messaging - how clearly you explain what you do
identity- who you are now, not when you started
experience - what it feels like to work with you
This is where the gaps became obvious.
Content (Nao)
Because clarity alone isn’t enough if no one sees it. We focused on:
simplifying content strategy
blowing your own trumpet
removing random posting
building content that supports business goals
using pinned posts properly
If branding is WHAT you say…Content is HOW you make it land.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN THE ROOM ON THE DAY
This is where the shift happened.
"Based on the example you gave… I’ve realised I’m not repeating myself enough to sell out my retreat."
That’s a messaging problem - not a marketing problem - queue a WhatApp brain dump from me on how to fix that.
"You think differently and that’s what my business needs - when can you start on my branding and website?"
Booked and paid the next day. (Not the goal of the day, but a clear sign the work landed and I couldn't be more grateful.)
"You could charge so much more for this, you gave so much away in such an actionable way."
"Oh my god… it was so good. I made so many notes. My brain just can’t process it all yet."
"Very different morning… a space to actually look at what branding and content means for your business. If you were sick of me before, you’ll be sick of me now."
That’s what clarity does. It creates momentum.

The day was created to help people see their own label, we didn't want to preach theory all morning.
The people in the room where:
writing
refining
realising
making changes in real time
The workbook played a huge part in that - It forced clarity.
THE RESULT AT THE END OF THE DAY
People left with everything we wanted them to:
clearer messaging
stronger positioning
a better understanding of how to show up online
It was as simple as that!
