I understand that adding a website to your business can seem like a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. After all, that is why you have landed on my website! To get professional help, I know that you will have loads of questions! So I have done my best to answer the most common ones below. If you can not find the answer to your question below, do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask away. I am always more than happy to help!

  • How long does the branding process typically take?
    Branding project sizes and timelines vary depending on the size of the package you choose and how much you add to it. However, for those of you that are looking for fast turn around I do offer an elevated brand in a week service!
  • Can you help with both visual and strategic branding?
    Absolutely, a brand is so much more than the visual. That is why my process is driven by strategy, everything we create is is created with you as the business owner and yoru ideal client in mind. If you are not quite ready for a full brand package with visuals and you are solely focused on strategy right now, I also a offer a 1:1 strategy session which you can enquire about using my contact form.
  • Do you work with specific industries or businesses of all types?
    The short answer here is, no. I love to work with a range of industries as I can bring a new perspective to niches I haven't worked in before. Not only that, but my super power is pulling your vision and business personality out through your visuals, not making every business look the same ;).
  • How do you incorporate the client's vision into the branding process?
    Branding is very much a two way process. We start with a strategy questionnaire and build out on your answers throughout the strategy part of the project. I will always ask you if you have a visual direction in mind before getting to work on your creative direction. However, I will always be honest will you too. If the vision that you explain to me doe snot fit the strategy that we have worked on, be prepared to hear it :).
  • Can I see examples of your previous branding projects?
    Of course! Head to the portfolio tab on my website and have a look through. My Instagram profile will also always be more up to date than my website. You can find me @rachaeldoesdesign_ .
  • Can you assist with implementing the new brand across various channels?
    Absolutely. Depending on the package that you opt for, for your project you may already have social media templates included. These are fully editable for you to use without needing me to do anything for you. You can also add website design onto your package which can be a flat-lay design for you to give to your developer OR I can build your website from scratch. And, of course, you will be handed a brand guidelines document at the end of your project to ensure that you maintain consistent across all platforms which/if you go it alone.
