We had a strategy call and discussed everything about my business and my ideal client, audience persona, my brand values and competitor analysis. Then she went away and produced 2 mood boards for me to look over and decide which one I wanted, this was probably the hardest decision I had to make! Once I decided she went off and made my branding, kept me in the loop the whole time too. When the handover was ready she emailed me everything I needed, answered all of my questions and gave me 2 weeks support afterwards, which helped me sooo much.
