10:30 – What Branding Really Is (Rach) Branding is NOT: - A logo - A colour palette - An aesthetic grid If that was true, Canva would’ve made you a market leader by now. Branding IS: - Positioning - Perception - Identity - Your decision-making filter It’s why someone pays you. Or scrolls past you.

10:45 – Brand Strategy Foundations (Rach) This is where we get uncomfortable in a good way. I will run you through the 4 main brand pillars with lots of relatable prompts and encouragment on: - Shedding old labels - Dropping the “I’m just…” language - Owning your expertise without apologising

11:30 – Brunch Food. Conversations. Processing time. No awkward elevator pitches. Just real business owners having real chats.

12:00 – Communicating Your Brand Through Content (Nao) If branding is what you stand for....content is how you make people care We’re covering the three roles your content must play. Plus: - The pinned posts you should already have - Why your content isn’t scaling you (yet) - How to stop second-guessing every caption

12:45 – 1:30 – Questions & Chatting Ask the thing you’ve been overthinking. Get proper feedback. Leave lighter, clearer and 100% more decisive.
