Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out the brand discovery questionnaire. I would now like to jump on a call with you to kick off your project. Digging a little deeper into your answers on the questionnaire and gaining even more clarity. Please use this call scheduler to book the call at a time that suits you best!

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and rescheduling policy only applies to booked services which are paid. Free options such as discovery calls, catch up calls and kick off calls do not fall under this policy. - Full payment is required upfront when booking a paid service with Rachael Does Design - Your slot will not be secured in the business diary until timely payment is made. - Should you wish ti cancel the service less than 24 hours before the service is to take place, no refund will be issued but I will offer to swap the service move the service to another date. - Should the client give Rachael Does Design more than 24 hours notice of cancellation of the service, a full refund will be issued.
