We will take a look at your values, ideal client, business goals, mission, vision, competition and even the visual direction you may want to take the business in (this service does not include brand design).

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and rescheduling policy only applies to booked services which are paid. Free options such as discovery calls, catch up calls and kick off calls do not fall under this policy. - Full payment is required upfront when booking a paid service with Rachael Does Design - Your slot will not be secured in the business diary until timely payment is made. - Should you wish ti cancel the service less than 24 hours before the service is to take place, no refund will be issued but I will offer to swap the service move the service to another date. - Should the client give Rachael Does Design more than 24 hours notice of cancellation of the service, a full refund will be issued.
